Proposal & Service Agreement
We prepare a detailed proposal, including any initial setup or clean-up work needed and your ongoing monthly fee, along with a clear description of the services provided.

Initial Setup / Clean-Up
If your books aren’t fully organized yet, we gather the necessary documentation and information and touch base with you regularly to ensure everything is accurately captured.

Ongoing Bookkeeping & Accounting
Once your books are set up, we keep them updated and balanced, provide regular financial reporting, and schedule virtual check-ins to keep you informed about your financial health, trends, and insights.

Year-End Collaboration
When it’s time for tax season, We connect directly with your tax professional—or introduce you to one of our trusted CPA colleagues—to ensure your reporting is accurate, seamless, and optimized.
